The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. I hate to admit that I’ve totaled three cars over the past 30 years, but whether the accident was my fault or caused by another driver, every claim was handled smoothly, efficiently, and completely hassle-free. Each case was processed in a reasonably short period of time.

What matters most to me is responsiveness. Whenever I have a question, I can count on getting an answer within 24–48 hours, from home insurance, auto, travel, life, or, earthquakes insurance, Janet will put her clients’ best interests first, offers guidance and find solution, I mean, she treat you like a friend !!

Of course, price matters, too. I’ve been approached many times by other reputable auto insurance companies, including AAA and Century 21, but none has been able to beat the price I’m paying while providing the same level of coverage and service.
